Guitar aren't the only instrument in the world. But it's commonly used and easy to learn.

Any anime character that can play guitar is cool. Even though some lacking details in finger movement but nonetheless just holding it up raise the moe/gar level by 100%. Like weaponry, those guitar too have their own spec, here am I attempting to give a damn about them.

This fellow holding here is a Gibson Les Paul. One of the most portrayed guitar in anime history and also famous with guitar enthusiast. Usually equipped with 2 chrome humbuckers delivering fat and loud sound. Common model of LP uses a stoptail bridge(meaning no tremolo bar). This guitar is should be the first Gibson guitar that have a solid body. Length about 85cm, a very classy and moe guitar.

Made famous among otaku by Beck(Ray) and K-On(Yui), also spotted in various manga such as 20th Century Boys. Slash and Robin Finck of Gun N Roses also uses these. In beck, the guitar was referred as Lucille from a cool story bro incident, portrayed with bullet holes on the body. In K-On, the guitar was called ‘gitah‘ by Yui and bought with her part time job wages along with ‘some’ discount.

This guitar is a base for SG model that will be reviewed later on. You can have one of these, probably the same price as getting an iMac. If you want something similar at a good price and sound, go for Epiphone Gibson model that should probably cost you less than getting a PS3. If you just want to cosplay or starting to learn, just go for Aria replica that will just cost you your PS2. So it’s either a gaming console or a guitar.
